I bought a brand new Kia Soul through Art and the Paramount Team. From the moment I initially inquired about purchasing a car I was immediately treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. I was contacted within minutes to set up an appointment time and to discuss options. My credit is awful but that did not stop Art or Evan at Paramount. I will be honest I reached out to every major dealership in/around Hickory and some not so major ones too and no one treated me like Paramount did. When you have rough credit you are not given the same options as everyone else. Every other dealership immediately started with "Well based on your credit we can get you into this car" not Art. Art asked me what I wanted!! Wait did I just say what I wanted? Yes I did!! I almost did not know what to say to him. You mean I get to choose? Me? The poor credit lady in a tie-dye shirt and blue jeans? I walked on the lot said hey I really like that Soul over there and before I left I was driving that same car home. Art didn't try to talk me into a different car or something he felt was "right" for me. He listened to me and made it happen. As a woman buying a car you are often told what is right for you, not you choosing what is right for yourself. I never felt like I was treated differently as a woman and that is huge!! The customer service was phenomenal. I had paperwork I had to get together so I was in and out of the dealership a few times throughout the day and every employee (sorry I don't remember all of your names) were so great to me. Every employee I encountered was nice, had a smile, and genuinely wanted to help me. Once again ME the poor credit, I don't know about a down payment but I need a car, tie-dye lady. When I initially called I asked the lady on the phone to set me up with a salesman who was "cool" and she definitely delivered. There is not a question I asked that went unanswered and as a person who has never purchased a brand new car I had a lot! Yes you read that right I drove away in a brand new 2021 Soul S. Evan walked me through every step of the paperwork and billing details in depth and was not condescending about it or annoyed. I left Paramount feeling like finally someone got me! I have always left car lots/dealerships feeling like I got the shaft but not at Paramount. I will be a returning customer and I will be screaming from all of Hickory's rooftops how AMAZING, WONDERFUL, AND STRAIGHT UP BALLER PARAMOUNT KIA, ART, EVN, AND THE WHOLE TEAM ARE!!!!! More
