I just bought a 2020 KIA Telluride from Paramount KIA in Hickory NC. I had been texting/speaking with Peter Bailey over the last month or so to give him an idea of what I was looking for. Always ready to help. Two years ago I purchased a 2018 Kia Optima with the assistance of Mr. David Hoover. I was very happy with my car, but unfortunately destroyed it in a Two years ago I purchased a 2018 Kia Optima with the assistance of Mr. David Hoover. I was very happy with my car, but unfortunately destroyed it in a terrible crash last week. The car was destroyed inside and out and I sustained only minor cuts and bruises. Mr. Hoover was available, ready and willing to help me push through the process of replacing my car and we did it in less than one week. Mr. Hoover is experienced, polite and always fun to talk with. I trust his advice and appreciate that he makes me feel like I'm his only customer when I know he has many! Colton Tannenbaum in finance is also very friendly, polite and personable. He clearly knows his job and takes you through the paperwork process with ease. Thank you guys. More

Easy to buy at Paramount Kia of Hickory I have wanted a Soul for years, but did not want the hassle of buying a new car! There was no hassle at Paramount Kia! Chris G., the car guy, was I have wanted a Soul for years, but did not want the hassle of buying a new car! There was no hassle at Paramount Kia! Chris G., the car guy, was very patient with me. We exchanged email for more almost 2 weeks before I went in to look at the 2020 Soul. He allowed my to test drive as many vehicles as I wanted, explaining all the options and especially the safety features. No pressure, just easy, friendly discussion of options and some negotiating. He also programmed my new Soul for options that I am sure (as a senior citizen) would have taken me days to figure out! He had my new car delivered to my home the same evening, called when they were leaving the dealership and later to confirm arrival. Great guy! Evan, Finance Manager, was very gracious during the process and even more so the following day. I realized that I had signed up for a maintenance plan that was not the best for me; I don't accrue enough miles to use all the 'maintenance' that I had purchased. He immediately sent a form to cancel the plan and to refund the cost of the plan. I was amazed! Cathy, Customer Care, called the day after my purchase to ensure that all went well and that I was happy with the purchase. Yes, a great experience! I wish I had not taken so long to purchase my new Soul ~ now I can roll! More
