While waiting, we looked at an XC60 that had been on the floor for some time. I had several discussions with Evan Payne over the past year over XC60's I had seen and found interesting. I asked for him because he was always most patient and pleasant to deal with but he was off that day. David West greated me and both he and Rudi arranged to take the car off the floor so my wife could test drive the car and made the rest of the new car buying experience a pleasure.
