The shuttle service drivers were friendly, and the technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. I was never disappointed. I've been driving my new Jetta for 3 months, and although I haven't needed any service, I feel confident that when I do take the car in, the service will be just as great. Melissa Wilson was my sales representative, and I couldn't have asked for a more thorough professional to represent Paramount.
