I’ve bought lots of cars and this was the best car buying experience I’ve had anywhere. I’ve bought new and used, Chevrolet, Honda, Ford, Chrysler, and VW. No competition, this experience was the best. ** Edited to add… the service after the sale is the worst I have ever experienced. I will never buy from them again. My car broke down a couple of weeks after I bought it and they have not even tried to be fair to me. NEVER AGAIN. It was a major mechanical issue and I had less than 800 miles on it. They should have put me in a different car. I even offered to trade and they left me with negative equity even though I paid $3000 down & didnt trade anything in. How I had negative equity in that situation is beyond me. Also, when they got my car back to me it had been hit on both the driver door and passenger door. Wouldn’t have believed it if I didn’t take pictures. The whole experience after the purchase has been horrible. More

Drove 2.5 hours here for an appointment with Fox. Not even 1 minute there and staff was already seeing if we needed help (though we were looking crazy from running around with kids).
