It was a refreshing change to have a salesperson that actually knew about the vehicle, knew the options, packages, etc. and was able to explain things and answer questions readily. I think an air freshener was sprayed in the vehicle as it was being prepared for delivery. I wouldn't recommend this. The smell wasn't very appealing and one of the best things about a new vehicle is the new car smell! No big deal though. It might sound simplistic, but I loved the electronic table for the paperwork review/signatures! Much quicker and easier. This is my first German car (no more American brands for me, sorry to say) and my first experience with Paramount. I've heard good things and look forward to continuing to work with them. More

Over the last 2 weeks, I have been having engine issues which caused my car to be towed to Volvo dealerships near me. After being treated very poorly at those dealerships and being told there was nothing with my car, I brought my vehicle to the place I bought it from. Valerie and Sara really listened to what I was telling them and the issues that I have been experiencing. With their help, the service team was able to determine that there was an issue with the fuel pump/fuel sensor and they were able to fix it. I cannot thank Valerie enough for her kindness, professionalism and transparency with me. Despite living over an hour away, I will always bring my Volvo to Paramount Volvo in the future for service and repairs. More

Gratefully, I was connected with Andrea, who quickly and cheerfully answered my basic questions. Surprisingly, however, when I asked if they had a copy of its most recent service there at the dealership, she volunteered to procure the vehicles' *complete* Porsche service history (scrubbed of it's prior owner's name, of course) which she sent within 15-20min! I'm a detail guy who'd by this point had already dived into 6 other Macans, 'pulling-teeth' for even their most recent histories. Andrea was a breath of fresh air in the process, even as as I circled-back with a few more-specific questions. While I ultimately went with a better-spec. option, Andrea's sales process continued to stand out - firmly placing her offering as my "runner-up." This, and the fact that I ultimately increased my planned offer by several hundred dollars due to the value she brought by ensuring I had the vehicle's history so that I could understand its exceptional condition, truly makes her an asset to her dealership, and potential Porsche buyers. We reached out online last week, and on Friday my spouse test drove it. By Monday, I was able to go for a test drive. We live an hour away. Talk about one happy woman! My first car I've purchased for myself and from a dealership. Paramount personnel are top notch! They treated us kindly, weren't pushy like some dealerships we'd shopped at, and were very transparent in what they could or couldn't do to help us. I am one very happy mama and we had a very ecstatic three year old little girl when we got home. We are calling the car our 'Frozen' car based on the color of the vehicle. Patrick L. is the person you want to talk to if you choose Paramount Volks/Volvo/Porsche. He treats you as if he's known you for years and is so personable.
