Brett wasn't the most pleasant to work with after mentioning a possible credit union option I was considering. His entire tone and demeanor shifted from helpful to a bit harsh. At a certain point, I could tell he was just trying to get me out of the door with a purchase. There wasn't much genuine connection present. I wouldn't recommend having Brett as your business administrator when going through the car process. More
