Jasper the salesman was excellent, energetic and very informative. I was impressed with the way he handled my lease step by step. He was very detailed and attentive to my concerns, which they handled right away. Jenn and the finance team were thorough with going over the details of my lease and were very friendly. Excellent experience, will see them again for a Ford F150 next. More

They even drove the car I was interested in to my nearby mechanic for it to be inspected. More
Poor customer service with sales I went into Park City Ford in Bridgeport looking to buy a car. I new exactly what I wanted and for how much. I sat with a sales associate who told me I went into Park City Ford in Bridgeport looking to buy a car. I new exactly what I wanted and for how much. I sat with a sales associate who told me he would work on my deal and call me with a follow up the next day. I had to call 3 times the next day before I finally heard from him stating he could not give the vehicle I wanted for the price I was asking. Due to making online inquiries on the same vehicle, i received an email from the owner (most likely generic) stating if there was anything the owner could do to contact him directly via email, that of which i did. I have yet to hear back from the owner, its now been 3 days. Terrible way to sell cars. I took my business to another ford and will certainly not recommend this place to any one i know. More

I went to this Ford Service Center due to a steering colum recall from the Ford Motor Company. The representative at the counter seemed to be annoyed by my appearance and with a delayed reaction asked m colum recall from the Ford Motor Company. The representative at the counter seemed to be annoyed by my appearance and with a delayed reaction asked me how can I help you. I told him I needed my Crown Vic service due to a recall. He ask me for a authorization recall number and that I needed to make an appointment first. He then told me that he will not be able to look at the vehicle in four days. This is the worst Dealership Service Center ever!. They have no concern for your safety. This was unacceptable. I was able to bring the vehicle to Stamford Ford and they repaired the steering that same day. More

Take 3 times as long as necessary for repairs, slow moving in the office as well, and no niceties.
