My car was towed to Parks Hyundai. They had my car.almost 3 weeks. My husband would call to see when car was ready. Every time he called they told him they were working on it. The cus They had my car.almost 3 weeks. My husband would call to see when car was ready. Every time he called they told him they were working on it. The customer service was awful. My husband drove by several times, car sitting in lot. We finally had it towed to the Genesis dealership that we use for our G80. Service manager at Genesis called us the very next dayto inform us that the car was ready. The service manager stated the car was repaired less than a hour after it arrived to their shop. Park’s Hyundai is worthless. This is not the first problem we have had with them. If they treat paying customers bad. I see why the management has such a big turnover. I will never, never go there again . Nor will I recommend them to anyone I know. I wish I could have given them a lower than 1 star!! More
