Thank you for bringing your concerns forward. I want to address this clearly and respectfully. First, parts availability and recall determinations are controlled by the manufacturer, Ford Motor Company—not the dealership. We do not produce, release, or allocate recall parts, nor do we have the authority to initiate or modify recall campaigns. Our role is to facilitate repairs once parts are made available to us. We absolutely understand the seriousness of your safety concerns and did escalate your case, including forwarding photos and documentation to Ford on your behalf. However, given the size and scope of the manufacturer, responses are not always immediate, and same-day follow-up is not something we can guarantee. That said, we do continue to pursue updates when situations like this arise. I would also respectfully ask for clarification on timing. If this recall has been active for approximately a year, it’s important to understand why the repair was delayed, as earlier scheduling can sometimes improve the likelihood of timely part availability. We remain committed to assisting you and will continue to advocate for a resolution as soon as the manufacturer provides the necessary parts.
