Levin Hickman deserves a gold star. When I took my vehicle to Parks of Gainesville for an oil change and to get 4 new tires, I didn't realize the car was a making an unusual noise. The mechanic may have pointed it out to Levin and Levin brought it to my attention. He was willing to have a valet to come to my house clear in Melrose to pick up my car so that he could have the mechanic give it a second look. Indeed, something was not right with the vehicle which Levin worked diligently with Ford Motors to ensure the broken part was replaced. For that, I'll be forever greatful to Levin. I am extremely impressed by Parks of Gainesville. I'll be your customer for life!! More

Unfortunately it was good until we needed a windshield crack repaired . We bought at closing so we’re unable to see at that time , our salesmen is no longer there and the GSM couldn’t care less about help crack repaired .
