So I'm on month 4-5 of waiting on two tiny pieces of metal to be replaced. The part was not ordered the first time. The second time, the part was bent. Had a complete transmission failure while passing through Gainesville. Service suggested a VERY capable towing service who had us at the dealership within an hour. Repairs were diagnosed, estimated, agreed u Gainesville. Service suggested a VERY capable towing service who had us at the dealership within an hour. Repairs were diagnosed, estimated, agreed upon and scheduled within a couple of hours. Repairs were completed as promised and the vehicle returned to us ahead of schedule.
