They had some opportunities to make up for mistakes were all human and not perfect. Nobody should leave anything less than a 5 star on surveys as the dealerships pushed by the manufacturers are linking thei all human and not perfect. Nobody should leave anything less than a 5 star on surveys as the dealerships pushed by the manufacturers are linking their pay to these dumb xxx surveys. If I’m upset I address it with the staff and managers. I don’t come here and ruin the entire staffs bonus cause all it takes is one survey that gets less than 5 stars to cause everyone to lose that bonus. As a former dealer we’ve lost out over someone with a whinny child and it hit our survey or because they didn’t like the couch in the waiting room. What Yankee xxxxxxx does that? An obnoxious Carpetbagger Karen. So nothing negative to get anything less than a 5 star. Yes we had issues but i addressed it and it was handled to my satisfaction. More

Staff was friendly but I was charged 300$ for ac recharge then my battery needs to be replaced right after they worked on it. So had to pay another 350$ But claimed it was unrelated. My diagnostic on the car was green all around and 2 weeks later there’s 7 red flags on my second diagnostic. More
