Made an appointment and was able to get in the next day to address my daughter’s oil leak on her Hyundai. Brianna was very professional and the service advisor walked around. Took a video of the issue and to address my daughter’s oil leak on her Hyundai. Brianna was very professional and the service advisor walked around. Although the staff are friendly, the service with this visit was not acceptable. I requested The Works service which is an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I also requested a Sync Update so my maps would visit was not acceptable. I requested The Works service which is an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I also requested a Sync Update so my maps would be current. I was told it would take 2 hours which seemed fair due to the Sync Update. After 2 and 1/2 hours I checked with the staff on the progress. Surprise he said it was ready. What he didn't say was a Sync Update was not done. When he handed me the invoice to sign and pay I asked why there was not an update charge? He said they couldn't do it and that I would need to purchase a USB from Ford/Lincoln and install it myself. I told him I have been getting the updates here at this dealership. Long story short I waited for 2 1/2 hours for any oil change with a scheduled appointment. And my care was not washed again! Totally not acceptable! What has happened to the service at this dealership I do not know. :( More

Second time it's you need a new ac compressor replacement for $3500! No thanks. Got it done for under $1000. That's with a oem compressor replacement. More
