Exactly the kind of car buying experience you want Jeff Ford truly made purchasing my vehicle a quick and painless process. After finding the Kia Sportage I was interested in online he quickly contacte Jeff Ford truly made purchasing my vehicle a quick and painless process. After finding the Kia Sportage I was interested in online he quickly contacted me and worked with my schedule to set up a time to meet. I explained to him about the absolutely horrible experience I had at a dealership the previous day that resulted in me wasting 6 hours of my time and from that point on he went out of his way to make sure I didn’t suffer that again. When we arrived we were greeted by all the staff and they were completely accommodating and friendly. Jeff did a quick questionnaire to get the finance ball rolling and then showed us the car. He carefully explained not only every detail about the deal sheet and what they could do for me but also about the vehicle itself. His knowledge of everything was so appreciated. There was complete transparency about the deal and I never felt any pressure to do or agree to anything that I didn’t want to. He knew what I was working with downpayment and payment wise and he went from there. If you want a great vehicle with honest pricing and people, give Parkside Kia a visit. They definitely earned a repeat customer in me and I will be seeing Jeff again when I’m ready for my next Kia trade up! More
