Another dealership messed up a simple oil change by overfilling my 4Runner the day prior to this appointment. This put my engine in rough idle. I called this dealership and spoke with Austin and was ab overfilling my 4Runner the day prior to this appointment. This put my engine in rough idle. I called this dealership and spoke with Austin and was able to bring in it right away. They looked over my car and ended up doing a second oil change and it fixed the issue right away.
