I thought I was simply bringing in my 2017 forester for service, but ended leaving with a new vehicle. Very personable, quick and communicative! A pleasure to work with. I usually have a great experience with this service department, but the last time brought my car in for service on 2/21/20 was a really poor experience. I originally brought my car in for a simple oil department, but the last time brought my car in for service on 2/21/20 was a really poor experience. I originally brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and was recommended to change it to a more premium service which was $1,500 more than what I had planned on. On the way out, I looked at a used car, and decided to change my service back to the originally planned oil change (with synthetic oil, even though the age of my car does not require it.). Kyle was visually frustrated with my decision to change the service, even though the work had not been started on the car. I would imagine what would be better for the dealership as a whole , would outweigh any commission he would receive for the service, but he was very unhappy and rude about changing the service back. When I came to pick up my car, I noted on the invoice that traditional motor oil had been placed in the car, instead of the synthetic oil that I had requested. This is the third time that this has happened to me at this dealership. Kyle did not even speak to me about the mistake, and instead another service representative discussed that I could wait to have the oil drained, and synthetic oil placed instead. Not wanting to wait for another oil change, and waste the oil, I decided to just keep the regular oil in the car. The other service representative said they would make it up to me, but no concrete plan was discussed. Usually I have a good experience with this service department, especially with Jon and Mary, but some of the newer representatives have something to learn about customer service. More

Repairs I was recently at Subaru for a warranty replacement. The service I received was great! The service was rescheduled once due to members being sick and I was recently at Subaru for a warranty replacement. The service I received was great! The service was rescheduled once due to members being sick and was promptly informed. Upon arriving I was greeted and assured that each station is sanitized each visitor (During the time of COVID-19 outbreak). The service was quick, everyone was polite and helpful. Each person thoroughly explained everything that would be happening to my car and I was given a rental to help me get around. Very wonderful experience. More
