Ramez not only was courteous but he clearly cared about the brand and the history. It was obvious that he was a VW owner for some time as well as being a sales person. BUT once they got our money, that the brand and the history. It was obvious that he was a VW owner for some time as well as being a sales person. BUT once they got our money, that’s when we got screwed. They charged us $500 for a new registration. And some how it was only good in my state for a literal month. $500 for one month. And we’re not given an option to swap plates on a vehicle that had a year left on the registration. When questioned, they told my wife that we got a “good deal” and that “you need to go to the dmv and ask for an explanation”. Clearly the “deal” we got on the vehicle was made up elsewhere. More
