Ryan was very attentive. He checked in and found that the previous service tech never ordered the part from January for my barking assist. I had called three times since then He checked in and found that the previous service tech never ordered the part from January for my barking assist. I had called three times since then to be told the part is not in yet. Ryan ordered the part last week and it is in to be installed. Obviously he went the extra mile to make sure my service was handled properly. He is a welcomed addition to Paul Conti Cadillac. More
