I remember a Long Island sales store in Smithtown, Long Island, New York. There was a female salesperson starting with J. She seemed very impatient when I chose the low-end Escalade. However, when I asked about the mid-range and high-end models, she seemed very happy. Finally, I told her that I needed a low-end model. At that time, I was very angry and felt that I could not speak English, and I chose the low-end Escalade to be discriminated against by the salesperson, so I left. When I came to Keith, Keith was very enthusiastic about it. After I booked the car, I made a choice because I felt that the waiting time was too long.
