I brought my ct6 in for an oil change and they did not tighten the plug under the car all the way. I have been unknowingly losing oil this whole time. I went out of my way to get maintenance done here bec tighten the plug under the car all the way. I have been unknowingly losing oil this whole time. Paul Conte Cadillac is as professional as they get. They are honest, they try to get you the best deal possible and they make the transaction as easy as possible for you. I have ordered all my Cadillacs from them and never had any issues! I ordered this vehicle sight unseen over the phone, they said I would have it in apx. 3 weeks and I did. My sales manager Sam Manning took care of all the paperwork, explained every facet of the vehicle to us and followed up with several phone calls to make sure that we were happy with our choice and to see if we had any questions.
