Christine was a lifesaver to me. I was unsure of my extended policy that I obtained from Paul Conte Cadillac. She informed me that I was entitled to a loaner car. The car dealership that is much closer to my home was not willing to accommodate me until the end of May.Christine reassured me that they would provide me with transportation. I was so relieved and decided to drive over 1 hour away and it was worth every mile Thanks again Christine. More

I gave this dealership two stars because all I needed done was to have a front plate, put on my car and an inspection for a brand new vehicle. I shouldn’t have been there for more than 20 minutes. I sat there for two hours and counting if I had not complained, I probably would’ve been there for another hour at least. I thought that was very unprofessional. Especially that I called to see if I need an appointment and he said no just bring it in. My first impression was not a very good one. More
