I filed a claim with my insurance due to an accident and unfortunately, the customer service reps had no idea how to handle the claim. They insisted that I had to pay in advance and then get reimbursed from the insurance company. This information was absolutely wrong. I also contacted them to arrange a rental from enterprise. I was given wrong information by the service rep. I called in advance to arrange to drop off my car and pick up a rental from enterprise. He assured me that He would take care of it. When I arrived, he was “out to lunch” for almost an hour, and missed the opportunity to get the rental car because they closed. It was the most frustrating experience. It is disappointing because they used to be great with the their customer service but that was not my experience this time. More
