Two weeks ago I show up without appointment for service I’m told they are not taking customers without appointment (This was a Saturday), I totally understand, I proceed to book an appointment two weeks ou I’m told they are not taking customers without appointment (This was a Saturday), I totally understand, I proceed to book an appointment two weeks out at 11:15am although they start the service at 14:50 I’m still waiting until after 15:00, this is outrageous for a simple oil change. I do like the people and the work performed but please get you scheduled together. Thanks. More

Even after paying for the already installed "Paulding Package" it had not been done on the car until I returned to dealership to show such. Sales, Eric was very nice during process. I walked away but wife wanted the car and returned next day. More

We worked with Nicole in parts (for our old van) and Sam sold us our new van. Both were TERRIFIC!!! It was a hard choice for us to trade in our old van, but they both explained everything and made sure we w sold us our new van. Both were TERRIFIC!!!
