Took care of the oil change but demeaning managers I have had an issue with my fuel gauge for months. I have tried to get it resolved only to be told that nothing can be done. This is on a 2018 vehicle I have had an issue with my fuel gauge for months. I have tried to get it resolved only to be told that nothing can be done. This is on a 2018 vehicle. It’s basically brand new and the way that the service manager handled customer service is astounding that he is “in charge”. I may be a woman, but I am no idiot. Rock Star Status Customer Service I had a major issue with my Ram 1500 the same day I was heading out of town. I took it to PCJDR. My service rep Fadil, took care of everything. He mad I had a major issue with my Ram 1500 the same day I was heading out of town. I took it to PCJDR. My service rep Fadil, took care of everything. He made sure I had a vehicle to get around in and constantly updated me on the progress with my truck.
