I was beyond excited that the 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I wanted was actually on the lot. I'm so very happy because nowadays because of the shortage, it's so hard finding a brand-new car that you actu that I wanted was actually on the lot. The service 10/11 was AMAZING WHEN i bought my car. Today on the other hand was not as great. Lack of communication saying it would only take an hour and was there for 3 hours. Nicole walker Robbie peppers and Aaron and financing war over the top wonderful they were flawless they all were above wonderful without even trying I was shopping for a vehicle for a whole month after mine over the top wonderful they were flawless they all were above wonderful without even trying I was shopping for a vehicle for a whole month after mine was totaled in a collision involving a tractor-trailer and six other cars which left me without a vehicle they deserve an award they need Nicole as head of their sales team training and they all deserve a raise I purchased a $60,000 and after we narrow down which vehicle the whole process took approximately 30 minutes and within two hours Nicole had delivered my vehicle to me in my driveway they really need a raise I can’t say anything better other than this is not my first new vehicle I am in my 50s and I have dealt with mini car lots and they win hands down More
