Todd, I've told you all I have to say. Your warranty has denied the claim twice already and at the store level, we have zero control over it. You have to take it up with Mopar or Jeep Customer Care. - John

My warranty clearly states MOPAR has to be specific as to what part of a Jeep lift is the cause of any failure to deny the claim. They did not do that and you did not defend it. Your own mechanic CODY said the inspector just came in and plugged into the computer and did not physically inspect my electronic sway bar disconnect was not working properly, leaving me to drive dangerously down the road. You did not address that with the inspector or warrenty department or defend that. I asked that you specifically talk to the inspector when he came in for the last , you did not do that. I asked you did confirm that the electronic sway bar disconnect was not working properly, and you would not do that either. I asked you to call me many times to discuss this, and you ignored me until I filled out this negative review. That’s pretty shameful communication. So you can tell me all the things you want, but you failed to do your job properly and represent your customer. And I’m sure all the customers that don’t already know it, will know it now.

I spoke with the warranty and the inspector when he came. It doesn't matter to the process if I personally confirm anything on your Jeep. We do not administer the warranty. We just do what they tell us. The warranty and Mopar have their process. You need to take it up with them. The Jeep is modified, the warranty deems the failures to be related to or a result of the modifications whether something is working or not. That is solely up to them, not a dealer.

Like I stated, YOUR mechanic CODY clearly stated, in front of you and me , that the inspector DID NOT physically inspect the electronic swaybar disconnect, only plugged it into the computer which could not tell that it was not working properly. And you told me you did not speak to the inspector when he came. So are you lying now, or were you lying then? When I dropped my Jeep off I also stated that the electronic swaybar disconnect was the ONLY thing I want to checked out due to the huge safety issue, but YOU gave him a list of things that looked to be working properly which pissed him off. And once again, you have not told me if the sway bar was working properly or not before you called in an inspector to check it. Did you not inspect it before calling in the inspector? I have asked you multiple times to answer that question, and you keep skirting around the issue. Once again another example of Love your lack, or in this case your failure, too communicate. But don’t worry, you won’t have to worry about me bringing my vehicle to your dealership for service or a new vehicle anymore. And after customers read this review, I’m sure many other customers will feel the same way.
