Employees were very pleasant and friendly. The waiting area was nice and clean and the amenities offered were good. All was well until I got to the salesperson. I was blown away by the cost of an oil chan area was nice and clean and the amenities offered were good. All was well until I got to the salesperson. I was blown away by the cost of an oil change and tire rotation ($92.00). I have driven a Chevy Tahoe for over 12 years that I take to the Chevy dealership and it has never cost that much for the same service. Oh well, I guess the charge covers the cost of the Starbucks coffee machine. More

Rude and unprofessional. I would never take my car back to them. They treat you like your stupid and that you’re imagining the issues. I would of gave a good review,but I can't. I brought a new truck 2020 big horn 2 weeks ago and it's been in the shop twice and still there. The check engine light keeps coming on. You can't get a straight answer. Service reps are too busy to let you know what going on. No one else is allowed to tell you what going on. Once they text you to let you know the vehicle is ready no one busy to let you know what going on. No one else is allowed to tell you what going on. My vehicle had a check engine light, took it to the dealership & they changed fuel filter. Nope, didn’t work, returned it & john the service manager had it done more tests n found the fuel pump was not dealership & they changed fuel filter.
