I stopped in at the dealership 1/25/2023 inquiring about possible re-financing my vehicle purchased from Pearson in 3/2020. I spoke with Nathan Diaz. Instead of giving me choices, he immediately started possible re-financing my vehicle purchased from Pearson in 3/2020. I spoke with Nathan Diaz. Instead of giving me choices, he immediately started talking trade in, which is not what I wanted. He was very pushy promising free oil changes. He never sat and discussed trade in amount for my vehicle or price on different vehicle. I ended up trading and now $20k more in debt than when I walked in. I am very disappointed in how this whole sale transpired. I'm 64 years old and feel taken advantage of. Business manager stated no free oil changes but honored it . I feel betrade by the salesman. And to top if off, hardly any gas in New vehicle. More

Communication was terrible. My car was in for 10 days (Pearson brought the vehicle to Subaru) I was unable to get answers from Pearson Nissan on the status throughout the repair My car was in for 10 days (Pearson brought the vehicle to Subaru) I was unable to get answers from Pearson Nissan on the status throughout the repair process. My service rep Christina did her best but always said she would need to get with the service manager and have someone get back to me. I never got calls back to update me. I had to call Subaru myself to get status updates and at the end was told by Pearson Nissan that I needed to talk to my sales rep. Why service who took my car in and arranged the repairs could not tell me what was happening with my car I cannot understand? After reaching my sales rep, Clayton, he was able to get with service and Subaru and I got my car back. I understand parts needed to be ordered and there are staffing issues but not getting the consideration of a return phone call to keep me updated was infuriating. Clayton gets 10 stars. Service gets 2 stars for total lack of communication. More
