My 2017 Pathfinder had a check engine code which could not be resolved. After having it checked locally, I took it to Pearson/Ocala. I worked with Vanessa Dean who is a top-notch customer service person not be resolved. After having it checked locally, I took it to Pearson/Ocala. I worked with Vanessa Dean who is a top-notch customer service person! Vanessa took great care of me and explained what work was being done so I was completely involved in the decision making. Communication was great! If I need to come back to Nissan, I will drive the 40 minutes to Ocala just for the customer service they offer! Best in the business! Great job Vanessa! More

Started dealing with Kade he was super awesome giving me answers to every question I had. I arrived at the dealership at agreed time truck was brought around as soon as I seen it I said let’s do it Clayton answers to every question I had.
