The advisor was very friendly, I liked him personally, but he was unable to effectively resolve the problem with my car. Also, he did not call me with updates. Only when I called myself did I get feedba but he was unable to effectively resolve the problem with my car. Also, he did not call me with updates. Only when I called myself did I get feedback.
