Service adviser Micah Ryan was very helpful and courteous. However, the next day when I returned to pick up my car, he was off duty, and another service adviser assisted me. I noticed that my car's courteous. However, the next day when I returned to pick up my car, he was off duty, and another service adviser assisted me. I noticed that my car's tires had not been rotated as specified in the work order. When I mentioned this to the adviser, instead of apologizing, he became defensive and argumentative, saying things like "We are not perfect" and "Are you perfect?" That is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 5. More

The extended warranty I purchased got all screwed up and Pedder says it’s the warranty company’s fault. Not sure who’s fault it really is but all I know is I had to pay $750 for a repair that an extended wa Pedder says it’s the warranty company’s fault.
