Went online to buy a new car, a lady contacted me from Penn Toyota probably an online coordinator and promised me for the highlander(Red), though it was far away from my home but we drove on her assuranc Penn Toyota probably an online coordinator and promised me for the highlander(Red), though it was far away from my home but we drove on her assurance for the color we wanted. The manager(Eric) told me we don't have the color as promised and tried to sell me other color, but since we pressed for it, he said the only way to find it if you leave a deposit of $500.00, So we charged it, he showed me the available cars from upstate NY and from Hillside Toyota, as he mentioned that the car from hillside is a recall and they cant sell it, I told them to look for other cars then Hillside. After two days got a call from the salesman Ali that the car is ready, I called Eric the Manager to make sure this is not from Hillside, he assured me that its from Upstate NY and not from Hillside and you can pick it up in two days, Got another call from the Salesman that the car is not ready and to come after 2 more days. The salesman Ali called the day of pickup that he is isolating because of covid and another salesman Michael will help us,So we reached the showroom, very exited, Met Michael, he left us for 30 minutes at Ali's table and told us to wait , 25 minutes we yell at them to help us with anyone, they gave us another Salesman Luis(Nice Guy), he showed us the car and we went to Finance Manager to sign the deal, Just by chance we asked him where this Highlander was brought from, He showed us HILLSIDE...... We told them We dont want this recalled car and that was mentioned earlier, Called Manger(Eric) for a Refund, he said its NON REFUNDABLE... where as we never agreed for a non-refundable charge. Please beware of sleazy technics of this dealer and DO NOT Sign without reading it. Very Poor Customer service. More

He handled the entire transaction. I never felt rushed or pressured. Once all the paper work was completed and the transfer of my insurance to the new car was finalized, he took the time to go over every element of the 2021 Toyota Corolla's upgraded operating system. I greatly appreciate the wonderful service provided by Luis Morales. More
My wife and I went to Penn Toyota this past Saturday to look at some Highlanders. Although the showroom was quite busy we were attended to immediately by Luis Morales. . We told him what packages & trim levels we were interested in and he was able to take us directly to the vehicles that met our interest , he even had a car brought over from another lot to give us more choices. We saw the car we wanted and Luis worked up a price that was right where we wanted to be at -easy decision and we told him we would be back to pick up Monday. Came in Monday , they had the car cleaned & prepped immaculately ready for us . Luis gave us a thorough tutorial on all the equipment & features and we were rolling out with an awesome new Highlander. The entire experience couldn't have been any more pleasant and hassel free and I thank Luis Morales and the entire staff of Penn Toyota - 5 STARS! More

No welcoming no what can they do such nice words, nothing. As I was notified they said I need alignment adjustment as they never took out test drive, later I took out when ready tested myself driving without hands as well as hit the break without hands, if needed it vehicle should leaning sides if alignment needs it. That’s not all, after waiting for 30 minutes I went to service advisor if my highlander would be ready, advisor telling me it will take al least one hour and never seen it takes less than hour, what? So I just looked at him and said nothing, as I was walking back to rest area I noticed my suv was parked outside, I asked can I go pay and leave, her response was somebody is write the bill, waited 10 minutes and confronted manager whom was busy but there was salesman so I asked him if I can, he brought me to cashier as saying to you quote ‘ so you want to pay and go, right?, not once he repeated twice. So after waited almost one hour, I left with sour tasted. This dealer make name Toyota ugly and awful. Such great vehicles Toyota is I would never go back, oh by the way they never thank me as I was leaving, most dealers are very appreciated as they get customers back, yes I bought the vehicles from this location, being with over 10 years of this industry I never expected this kind of customer services, if any managers or owner reads this remark, you need to train your staff more courteous and thankful to your customers, they never apologize and totally ignores you, only when you purchase you guys kiss our xxx.
