Went to several, 3 to be exact, GMC Dealerships and ended my search at Performance. Performance GMC was a breath of fresh air. I dont really like to put down other dealerships, however, the deal I got here c my search at Performance. Performance GMC was a breath of fresh air. I dont really like to put down other dealerships, however, the deal I got here compared to Sawyer Lyons up the road was night and day. At Performance GMC, Yared Ortiz was my salesman. He was so positive, helpful, knowledgable, easy going, and most of all not pushy whatsoever. He and the Sales Manager, David, worked together and got me into a new Sierra. The terms I received were a no brainers. Couldn't sign quick enough. It's a very well run, professional, organized dealership. I want to personally thank Yared and David for their efforts in getting me into my new truck. I look forward to going back in three years! More

I had two visits for a window issue. It was determined at the first visit that a part needed to be ordered and would take a few days.Anderson Sanchez kept me informed what was happening It was determined at the first visit that a part needed to be ordered and would take a few days.Anderson Sanchez kept me informed what was happening and I was given a ride home and then back to pick up car. On my second visit Dwight Phillips handled everything for me keeping me informed about the repair. He arranged a courtesy car for the day for me.
