Be careful, especially if you are a woman by herself. I purchased my car a few mths ago & have had time to reflect, take it to be serviced, & talk with others with similar experiences. I was by myself & I purchased my car a few mths ago & have had time to reflect, take it to be serviced, & talk with others with similar experiences. I was by myself & it's been 10 yrs since I've bought a new vehicle. I wanted a used car that could easily accommodate my teenagers & myself on long trips & easily be serviced with a warranty. I went to Pete Moore since its close to my job. Being my 1st time in 10 yrs there were a few questions I didn't think to ask, trusting (my 1st mistake) the salesman to tell me. Like how the controls works, if there was a spare tire in trunk, why my 2016 Malibu doesnt have a touch screen, etc. I had an issue with the auto stop & took in for service. Although the service guy (a different Josh) was very nice & explanatory, he blew me off about the touch screen question plus they found nothing wrong with auto stop. I just recently brought in for oil change & tire rotation which we scheduled on Sat for my convenience. (They were very nice on the phone.) But, I do not recommend bringing in on Sat. I had a couple of questions (mostly about tire pressure & why there isn't a "donut" tire in trunk) & the service guy (didn't get his name) acted like it was too much trouble. He also told me I needed to contact my salesman about the spare in trunk. When they were finished, they didn't go over anything with me, even though the paperwork says they did. He said keys are in the car and your ready. When I got home, as I was looking at paperwork they gave me, on the back page there were several yellow marks indicating "needs attention" ... all concercerning the tires. On the following Monday I attempted to contact my salesman, Josh Urnowey, about the "donut/dummy" tire & was ignored. I will not purchase from Pete Moore Chevrolet again. I'll go elsewhere. More
