I have bought used cars at dealerships in the past, and the Silverado we traded in today was bought at Pete Moore Used cars, several years ago. I dreaded going to the dealership today and have to spend all the time and hassle, "dealing" a good price, etc and all the stereotypical hassles dealing with car salesman (no disrespect intended towards people in this industry, it's just been my past experience). I can say, with no hesitation, that Paul Graves is the best salesman I have EVER dealt with, in any industry!! His level of professionalism is unparalleled, and he made us feel comfortable, like we were family. He didn't rush us or use high pressure tactics, which is another reason I would say he is outstanding! Paul promised us he would do his best to sell us the car we wanted, at a price we would be happy with, and man, did he ever deliver on his promise!!! I was shocked at the 2017 Equinox Premier price!!! Paul went above and beyond to ensure we were happy!!! And Don the "FINANCE" guy, is just as professional! The whole transaction, from looking at the cars on the lot, signing a bunch of paperwork, doing the financing, only took about 2.5 hours, if that!! This is unprecedented!!
