Purchased a Used Truck @ Pete Moore on 29MAR24. Mr. Andrew Nicklay was my sales representative. He was superb to work with. All the Sales Staff were engaging and even Mrs. Lauren Moore Cutter gre Mr. Andrew Nicklay was my sales representative. He was superb to work with. All the Sales Staff were engaging and even Mrs. Lauren Moore Cutter greeted me and asked how was I doing. Unfortunately, a day and a half following my purchase (Easter Sunday), my Truck experienced some engine problems. Despite it being Easter Sunday, Andrew corresponded with me regarding this situation while spending time at Pensacola Beach with his family searching for Easter Eggs and had everything lined up for my Truck to be picked up and repaired the following day. Needless to say, I will be recommending Pete Moore to my friends/family moving forward. More

Thought I needed a front end alignment but instead they found a tire separating. Thanks to my Service Advisor, Christa, for getting my 2020 Silverado HD in to check this for me.
