I brought my 2016 Colorado in to have an oil change and to repair a flat. I was told my tire had 2 nails in it and they were on the side wall, and I had to get a new tire. I know of a nail that was close t to repair a flat. I was told my tire had 2 nails in it and they were on the side wall, and I had to get a new tire. I know of a nail that was close to the middle of the tire, so I don't know about sidewall. What I didn't like is the person didn't show me my tire, much less the 2 nails ! I didn't see them remove my tire, so even if I asked to see the tire, I don't know who's tire I was seeing. A note--when I take tires to tire dealers to fix, they show me the tire and the problem. Also, it was advertised, if I found the same tire at a lower price, Pete Moore will match. I found a tire, when I showed the service person, the conditions came out. A tire at a lower price was found and met the condition, and I was told I would get a refund of the difference. I told them I paid with a credit card, just credit. I didn't hear anything, I called to get a status and was told the refund was being processed and I would get a check 7 - 10 days!. I won't use Pete Moore again. More
