He took the time to explain every detail clearly and made the whole process easy to understand, without ever making me feel rushed. After everything was done, I still had to return my rental car, and Gilbert went above and beyond by driving me to the rental return location in his own car. He even stayed to ensure the return process was handled smoothly. I’m truly grateful their kindness made the entire experience unforgettable, and I know I’ll be smiling every time I drive my new car.
