I was neither asked if I wanted this additional service, nor was it disclosed during initial negotiations, and I did not want this additional "pack." I had to be quite firm telling the gentleman who took my check that I would not pay a fee for something I didn't want. That experience was not pleasant. Overall, from the time Andy contacted me and gave me an offer and with the help of Karri Smith, I was please with the handling and purchase of my new vehicle. More
