When I took my 06 Jeep Commander to them to see what they could do; i asked to drive a Ford ST. They didn't Hard Sell or Soft Sell me on anything. They just said try this and if you don't like it then that's okay. They would rather me be happy with the car i got, rather than make a quick buck. They actually cared!!! Their pricing was so amazing i was in shock. I only pay $100 more than i did and i have BUMPER 2 BUMPER coverage for 7yrs and GAP insurance throw in complimentary!!! I have never in my life had such amazing customer service in my life when dealing with automobiles than the customer service Steve Rost and his salesmen provided for me. I didn't think it was real because usually car salesmen aren't that amazing...but Steve and his team blew me away. I can honestly say i'll NEVER by anything other than Ford AGAIN...and I'll NEVER buy anywhere else than Phil Long Ford Denver...unless I move to like Russia or Antartica or something... More

Best purchase and trade in experience. A salesman played games with me at first, promising $4000 more on my trade than he offered after wasting my time for hours.
