Overall, they are a great company and have always been customer service oriented. Their vehicle prices are fair. Over the years we have purchased several new vehicles from them. We recently purchased, for the 1st. time, a used vehicle from them. Juan Montoya, our sales consultant, was very informative and helpful with our purchase. The sale went through very smoothly. The transaction was completed in a timely manner which was a pleasant surprise. Their service department has always done an excellent job maintaining our vehicles. We definitely recommend Phil Long and will continue to use them in the future. More

We tried the Ford and jeep dealerships in Centennial prior to Phil Long Ford. One had poor customer service skills and the other was terribly unorganized. Wish we would have started at Phil Long.
