Overall, they are a great company and have always been customer service oriented. Their vehicle prices are fair. Over the years we have purchased several new vehicles from them. We recently purchased, for the 1st. time, a used vehicle from them. Juan Montoya, our sales consultant, was very informative and helpful with our purchase. The sale went through very smoothly. The transaction was completed in a timely manner which was a pleasant surprise. Their service department has always done an excellent job maintaining our vehicles. We definitely recommend Phil Long and will continue to use them in the future. More

He worked with me to understand all terms and options, explaining the benefits of leasing and buying to help me decide what's best for me. We worked through email to review payment plans. Upon deciding terms, I asked one final time for a price reduction which they approved with no fuss. Upon delivery he showed me all aspects of the car, sitting with me for 45 minutes to teach all functionality. I will certainly recommend this dealer to friends and family. More
