After searching hard for the vehicle we thought would best meet our needs and desires, we were pleased to be greeted by an understanding and enthusiastic salesman and staff. We drove 5 hours to test drive a Hyundai Tucson. After deliberating between it and 2 other brands, we decided to pursue the Hyundai. I very much wanted a hybrid, and this dealership fortunately had a few on order. We plunged in and put down a deposit. Joey, our sales associate, was very personable, and always pleasant and professional. He made the waiting process smooth by keeping us up-to-date with the ETA of our car, and was always prompt with all correspondence. On the day of pick-up, we needed a quick turn-around time as we needed to return home for a family memorial. Joey greeted us upon arrival and had everything ready to make owning our new car effortless. The financial officer, and the receptionist, Nadine, were also extremely pleasant. What a blessing this staff added to make this large, important purchase a joyful occasion. Thank you so much!

I emailed the email provided above 4 days ago and still did not hear from anyone. This is very indicative of my actual experience with the dealership when trying to buy a car, too. There still is incredibly value in the customer, so my advice truly is to just steer clear if you want good customer service in your purchasing experience.
