It was worth the wait I test drove a Scarlet Red Sonata Sport 2.0 Turbo and fell in love with it. I wanted to make sure that the person that was interested in purchasing m I test drove a Scarlet Red Sonata Sport 2.0 Turbo and fell in love with it. I wanted to make sure that the person that was interested in purchasing my car was in fact going to buy it. By the time I found out that she was going to buy my car for sure, the Sonata that I had test drove had sold. I was told that another same exact Sonata was in transit and I could purchase that one. It was not going to arrive at the dealership in time before my car was going to be sold. The dealership said that I could still sale my car and that they would provide a loaner car for me to drive until the Sonata in transit arrived which should only be in a few days. That vehicle got damaged in transit, but they located another one at a dealership in Texas and they would be willing to trade a vehicle for it. The dealership let me use a 2017 Tucson for almost 2 weeks until my vehicle arrived. I'm so happy that I waited and got exactly what I wanted! More

An excellent buying experience I was nervous to try and purchase a vehicle on my own. I have found in past experiences that, being a single woman, have not always been given the tru I was nervous to try and purchase a vehicle on my own. I have found in past experiences that, being a single woman, have not always been given the truth or found pushy salesmen trying to sell me something I didn't want. I felt completely at ease at Phil Long Hyundai. I was greeted upon getting out of my vehicle on the lot and they took me straight to Jerry Seward as I had an appointment with him. Jerry was courteous and not pushy. He processed the paperwork and got things moving for me so I could drive the new car home that day. He worked to find me the best interest rate he could find for me at a payment I could manage. Phil Long will always be my "go to" for any future new vehicle purchases. Thank you! More

Financing vehicle was a different story,My wife and I were heavily pressured to buy different extended warranties after I said WE DID NOT WANT ANY because car was going back to MI. So because all this was going on I returned home to discover 800.00 dollars mistake on cost of vehicle plus sales tax difference.There was no apology from finance dept or gm.after everything we went through so that's why all the different ratings.So again Tony Roche and Used Car Manager Zach 5 stars everything else was very unpleasant. More
