Ran my credit several times without my permission, even though I brought a pre-approval letter. He said he needed my social to pull up the pre approval, never ever even asked permission to run my credit! T though I brought a pre-approval letter. Then the price of the truck I had chosen magically gained a few thousand dollars on the price to where I didnt qualify, even though I was pre approvedfor that specific vehicle through Capital one...but hey, he had a year newer different model he wanted me to buy. When I called Cap One, they never submitted my info for the first truck. Fed up, I went to Crain Buick GMC in Conway and bought the exact year model truck I wanted to begin with. More
