My husband called them saying I had problems with my car. They came to pick it up because we’ve been social distancing. They kept our car for a month. They never called me to say it was done. I had to call them. The guy said my car was done and that I could pick it up. I agreed to until I remembered that there are workers there that were sick and possibly still sick and my husband has heart problems and I have an autoimmune disease so my husband called them back and asked if he could bring it to us he told him he could a little later. A few days pass, I have still not received my car. He called back and the guy was extremely rude about it saying he never said that. If my husband miss understood him Then that was our fault but It is never okay to talk to a customer like that though. More
