Best, most ethical service department I have ever worked with. They do not use high pressure tactics to sell you repairs and services not needed. My previous Buick dealer in Tennessee before moving here had with. They do not use high pressure tactics to sell you repairs and services not needed. My previous Buick dealer in Tennessee before moving here had "hawks" in their sales department, always trying to get you to pay for unnecessary services...especially when my wife brought the car in. Not here. I would not go anywhere else for Buick or Toyota (and I own one of each). More
