Inconsistent and shoddy work. Smart aleck cashier . I don't feel this service center is consistent. Six hour wait for oil change one visit and next visit just over an hour wait. Also asked for tire to b fixed..this car has barely 30k miles on it so the tires wait for oil change one visit and next visit just over an hour wait. I say "yes" to the recommendation, but reluctantly. The price's are good, and the service is reasonably prompt, but I scheduled a tire rotation and a download related to a recall for my Chevy Bolt. The service manager insisted there was not a current recall. He checked the computer info, but never called Chevrolet. They did the tire rotation, but not the download. I called Chevrolet when I got home. They insisted the download was needed. I asked them to fax the instructions to Phil Wright. I have not received another call regarding the download. I am confused about what to do next. More
