We came to the dealership already knowing the make/model of the vehicle we wanted. Joe was friendly, professional, attentive and answered all of our questions. He did not push for more expensive options a of the vehicle we wanted. Joe was friendly, professional, attentive and answered all of our questions. Most importantly, since our new car purchase, Joe has repeatedly followed up with us to ensure we had a beyond satisfactory experience. On the service front, Christine was friendly and accommodating. We purchased an entertainment system and remote start that had to be installed in our vehicle post-purchase. We had to make a last minute change for our service appointment due to an unexpected scheduling conflict. Christine got us set up with a rental car while our new car was in the shop. All service work was finished two days in advance of the anticipated completion date. More

Joe came on a little strong at first but he warmed up to me and my dad with a little time. He was very friendly and made sure we were very comfortable since buying a car is a little time consuming with the me and my dad with a little time. We drove a good 90 miles to come see the used car I saw online so it was nice that they were offering a $20 gas card for stopping by but however by the time we got there, they had run out of gas cards. Instead Joe gave us a $25 restaraunts.com gift card. It was nice that we didnt leave empty handed. We also noticed that my soon to be new car had no gas in it so he was able to put a good 7 gallons in there so I wouldn't be inconvenienced by stopping at a gas station on the way home. Overall it was a great first car buying experience. More

I discussed what I was looking for with her on the phone and when I arrived she already had a number of cars selected that I was able to lo terrific! There was no waiting and no hassle we went right outside and looked at cars. Rachel made my car purchase an enjoyable experience.
