This is my second time purchasing a vehicle at Phillips in Frankfort. Eugene in Sales called me months prior checking on my satisfaction and to see if he could help me with any new vehicle needs. I told him to follow up with me in the spring as I may be in the market and he did. Eugene was not only professional and knowledgeable, but personable as well. Albion in aftermarket was also knowledgeable and personable. He asked me questions and then offered recommendations to meet my wants and needs in the new car. Finally, Matt in finance remembered me from two and a half years prior when he helped with my last purchase. Matt offered me sound options such as gap protection that gave me piece of mind and protection that best fit me financially. The dealership is about 30 miles from my residence but the staff and service are worth the drive. I plan on purchasing an Equinox there later this year as well and plan to work with Eugene, Matt and Albion again. Great work gentlemen! More

I went into phillips chevy to check on some service for the avalanch i bought there, I met mike the busness Mgr. who had worked on my last sale, Mike took time to take me to service area and handled my ara the avalanch i bought there, I met mike the busness Mgr. who had worked on my last sale, Mike took time to take me to service area and handled my arangements himself, After talking to mike he informed about the sale they had going on, so i told him what i would be interested in if i was to get a new truck, so he introduced me to Marty Mckenna who talked with me about a 2013 silverado Marty got the truck showed it to me it was everything i was looking for and a whole lot more , now i really dident need a new truck & dident plan on buying one ? But the kind of deal they offered me and giving me a great deal on my trade in i had to be a fool not to jump on that deal, so if you are near any other chevy dealer and your thinking about something new, turn around now ! And drive to Phillips Chevy in Frankfort, look for Marty Mcenna,or Mike Darge, You wont be sorry! I was extremely happy with the entire experience of buying my car from Philips Chevrolet. I went to the dealership just to look around. After looking for a couple of minutes, I was greeted by a salespe buying my car from Philips Chevrolet. I went to the dealership just to look around. After finding out what type of vehicle I was looking for and the price I was comfortable spending, Rami found the car and was able to get me the price that I was willing to spend. That being said, Rami was extremely helpful and probably the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever dealt with. I will continue to refer Rami Alamawi and Philips Chevrolet to my friends and family. More

Scott Perak at Phillips Chevrolet treated me like I wanted to be treated. I am usually scared of service departments because sometimes I think they want to fix things that do not need to be fixed and wanted to be treated. But this time at Phillips Chevy Scott Perak is an honest and fantastic service writer. I came in for some leaking that I had coming from the car. Scott said he would have it checked out and get back to me. When Scott called me back he told me it was for a gasket that was from the transmission pan. He explained to me that instead of getting a new transmission that he strongly feels that by replacing the gaskets and cleaning it up that I should be fine and get another 50,000 miles out of it. So instead of a $2000 bill and transmission, it was a $379 bill and an honest company and a FANTASTIC service writer. I am now starting to feel better about going in to check out my car if I think something is wrong. I hope this gets to other customers who had the same feelings I had about service departments and service writers. Scott Perak gets an A+ in my book. Thank you, Sal Gugliuzza More

After the introductions we sat down and discussed my expectations in a vehicle. Steve, was very patience with me...I felt he actually listened to me. He and I looked at several models and class of cars. Before test driving off the lot, Steve made sure I was informed of all the instruments and vehicle operation. During test-drive I was pleasantly surprised there still was no high-pressured spiel and the vehicle handled exactly as he described. Once the drive was over, we returned to dealership. During each interval of the process, Steve would check on my comfort level – was willing to take the extra time to clarify what I may have misunderstood or if I had additional questions. In a field known to have the reputation of high-pressured, fast-talking, and usually obnoxious behavior it was highly refreshing to have worked with Steve Sorenson.
