He very comforting knowing that I live in Louisiana and he would have to be my eyes on the condition of a 2020 Chevy Impala. He immediately sent me a personal video of the vehicle and started the buying process. I flew to Chicago to pick up the car and everyone at the dealership was very warm and accommodating.
