Lengthy experience I said Yes I would recommend the dealership but I would say Yes with caution. First we go to test drive a Tahoe but the one we wanted the battery was dead so we take another for a test drive which we didn’t care for, then we get back and they were supposed to have jumped the other car while we were gone but no one did so our Salesman went to get the charger but it wasn’t strong enough so he had to get the stronger charger and after a few tries it started but as we were idoling and going through the car it ran out of gas. We come back the next day so they can get it running and we test drive it, like it but we couldn’t agree on a price so they say they will get another one from another dealer in Wisconsin, we go through the specs and it seems to have everything we want so we say okay. We come back when they get the car ( which took longer than they said) we test drive it and say okay and start to complete the paperwork but come to find out it was a car from Indiana but they say it’s the same as the other so we take their word for it. We pay for the car. We go to use the wireless charger but it’s not working we tell multiple people only to come to find out the next day ( when they call us back because they had us write the check for the wrong amount ) it’s not a charger but only a place to put your phone. Needless to say we were disappointed. The whole experience was not the best. More

I wanted to shop around so after visiting several dealerships and bei I visited Phillips Chevrolet at the beginning of my search for my first vehicle. I wanted to shop around so after visiting several dealerships and being pushed around, I returned to Phillips. Everyone at this dealership was amazing and incredibly helpful! The salesman I worked with was Jordan and he had no intentions of pushing me towards a car or a price I was unhappy with. The employees worked with me to find a car that fit me the best. I would definitely recommend buying a car here and I will be returning for my next car as well! More

great Joe first dealt with me in 2011 on an Equinox. Sept 7 2019 a girl Amazon driver decided to total my Equinox. While i was waiting for state farm to settle I email Phillips for him to get in touch with me.. I met with him looked around but I had already researched phillips and webb chevy inventory and printed out a few. I found one and gave him a deposit. Yesterday I drove home in my 2019. First time in my life I ever purchased a new auto with 2000 miles on. I mentioned to Joe I didnt want to regret it.. Time will tell.. More

I don't like the car buying process, I usually buy private party due to my distaste for car dealers. However, my experience at Phillips was great. I found a slight defect inside the rear door in the paint (used vehicle) after I purchased it. Phillips fixed it and made it right. Chris followed up and made sure I was satisfied. I can be very picky...in this case - I can't complain :) More
