Hands down, no question Rami Alamawi is the man the talk to about buying your new SUV or truck. I’ve never had a good experience here. Making appointments is difficult- the people that answer the phone are often in a noisy office with loud chatter in the background (last time they were disc appointments is difficult- the people that answer the phone are often in a noisy office with loud chatter in the background (last time they were discussing their vacation days....), the people that answer the phones aren’t actually LISTENING- I called for a specific issue and she kept searching for a recall.....I never mentioned any recall. The associates inside the service department are not warm, friendly, personable or prompt. We were called to pick up our vehicle. Arrived 30 min later and it was not ready. Most recently called and needed to get my car in for a starter replacement- next available appt was TWO WEEKS away. No thanks. Went to Apple Chevrolet instead- GREAT service and FAST! More
