Bad experience I was very skeptical about buying a Chevy Cruze from Phillips Chevy. Hands down the worst vehicle I've ever owned. I have always been a Dodge fan but I was very skeptical about buying a Chevy Cruze from Phillips Chevy. Hands down the worst vehicle I've ever owned. I have always been a Dodge fan but decided to try a Cruze for the gas mileage because of long commutes to the city . While the mileage is much better than a truck, the amount of wasted time and money at the dealership is not. I bought this Cruze in Feb 2012 and have had it in the service dept (not including oil changes) 11 times. The car is five years old. Absolute garbage. My most recent occurrence at this Phillips dealership was an oil leak. This was the tipping point. I had called the dealership prior to dropping it off about their policy on not fixing the problem yet charging for the work. They guaranteed success but as usually it was not. They took the car in for the last four days,charged 2300$ to fix an oil leak. Picked the car up after work, parked it in the garage and found a puddle of oil under the car after 10 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. Once I called them up and was transferred to Art he was basically no help. Zero empathy towards my situation. This place had no problem taking my 2300$. Absolute B.S. With no question this is the first and last time I will ever own a Chevrolet vehicle and while I have to deal with this lemon for a few more months any other issue will be brought somewhere else. Total garbage!!!! On a side note Dan K at Phillips was immediately helpful after I had to call up to talk to someone who cared. We shall see if the saga continues once the car gets picked up some day , who knows. Stay tuned. More

Low pressure with a great focus on customer service. My husband I and went to help our daughter by her first car. Joe helped her find a car that fit her budget and she loved. He was easy going, gave us all the information and space we needed to make a decision. We had such a wonderful experience and loved our daughter's car so much, we went back a few days later to purchase a replacement car for us. More

It cost me $95 to replace part , so on my part I won't be buying another car after dark , and have more time to go over it. More

I love my new car but need to speed up the process We really love our new car, Warren our salesman was very professional and very nice to work with. But the time spent waiting on the whole process was We really love our new car, Warren our salesman was very professional and very nice to work with. But the time spent waiting on the whole process was ridiculous. We drove 150 miles to get there and it took four and a half hours to get the deal completed. Bought our daughter a jeep 2 hours away from us this summer and we were only in that dealership an hour and a half! Phillips needs to speed this process up and free up their salesman time so the can possibly make more than one sale in the afternoon More
